Leading From Behind
Today’s Business environment has a strong impact of leadership skills. Leadership skills in the past took diversion to reach a new concept called “Leading from behind”. Leaders of the past know how to tell, it’s because of Laborers working under the leaders were not skilled enough. In today’s business world Laborers working under the leaders are skilled so leaders not necessarily to be directive. This paved the way for “Leading from behind” i.e. Leaders of today should know how to ask rather than knowing how to tell. This strategy promotes team work, shared knowledge and a strong force to accomplish business goals.
